How Apple Is Building a Mental Health Dashboard for iPhone

Paglalarawan

Apple's iOS 17 introduced a quiet but significant feature: State of Mind mood logging in the Health app. This episode explores how Apple is building a mental health dashboard that prompts users to log their emotions, take standardized assessments for depression and anxiety, and track trends over time. We discuss the privacy-first design, the partnerships with clinical researchers, the early user adoption data as of mid-2026, and what this means for Apple's broader health ambitions — from the Apple Watch to potential future sensors. Lucas and Luna break down the feature's mechanics, the careful regulatory navigation, and why mental health could become Apple's next trillion-dollar health vertical. #Apple #MentalHealth #iOS #HealthApp #StateOfMind #MoodTracking #DepressionScreening #Anxiety #Privacy #DigitalHealth #AppleHealth #Wellness #iPhone #TechForGood #ClinicalResearch #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #Technology Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
