Grounding Meditation: Connect with the Healing Energy of the Earth

Description

I'm so glad you hit play today. If life has felt a little overwhelming or you've been pulled in a dozen different directions, this is your invitation to come back home to yourself. Together, we'll slow down, reconnect with the steady support beneath us, and remember that even when life feels uncertain, the earth is always here to hold us.
