Roland Martin and his panel break down the extraordinary moment where even conservative judges rejected the GOP’s arguments and effectively challenged the Supreme Court to take responsibility if it wants to dismantle protections against racial gerrymandering. The conversation repeatedly frames the case as part of a broader effort to preserve Republican political power by weakening Black representation before future elections. Panelists warn the fight is far from over as the case could still return to the Supreme Court.
