May Allah (ﷻ) reward him abundantly! Our Ramadan series was recorded at Al-Mujadilah Center and Mosque for Women in Doha, Qatar! ======== In this episode of our Ramadan series, Dr. Sh. Haifaa Younis reflects on the remarkable story of Asiya, the wife of Pharaoh — one of the greatest women mentioned in Islamic tradition. Living in the palace of one of the most powerful and tyrannical rulers in history, she chose faith over power, truth over luxury, and the Hereafter over this world. The Qur’an presents her as an example for all believers when she made the powerful duʿāʾ: "My Lord, build for me a house with You in Paradise." This episode explores: • The story of how she protected baby Musa (AS) • Her courage in believing in Allah despite Pharaoh’s tyranny • The sacrifices she endured for the sake of faith • Why the Qur’an presents her as an example for believers Her story reminds us that true honor lies in faith, not status, power, or wealth. Authentic Islamic lectures, Quran reflections, Ramadan series, and practical guidance for Muslim women and families.
