Knowing Your Talents (And How To Use Them) with Kristy Bach

"God didn't make you with a cookie-cutter template. So why are you spending so much energy trying to fit into everyone else's mold?" We spend so much of our lives trying to close our "skill gaps" and fix our weaknesses. We look at the people around us, compare our natural wiring to theirs, and try to force ourselves to operate in lanes we were never anointed for. But what if the key to your purpose isn't becoming someone new, but finally discovering how you were actually designed to be by God? In this episode of The Leader’s Cut, Preston Morrison sits down with Kristy Bach, President of Know Your Talents. Kristy's firm has spent over two decades helping companies get to the root of what makes people tick. But in this conversation, we are taking those high-level behavioral concepts and turning the mirror on you. It's time to unlock your "behavioral foundation" and see how God answers the four deepest questions of your heart. In this conversation, we’ll cover: How to uncover your unique "behavioral DNA"—identifying your true strengths, stressors, and motivators rather than operating in someone else's image. Why acknowledging your natural limitations isn't a sign of weakness, but the secret to unlocking your real potential. Understanding your specific voice and contribution, and how to confidently bring that to your family, your community, and your calling. Moving past the grind to find strategic alignment between how God wired you and where He is calling you to go. This isn’t just a guide on how to be a better boss or coworker. It’s a reality check for anyone who feels stuck, exhausted, or wondering if they have anything significant to contribute. Your personality isn't a problem to be solved; it's a design to be deployed. It's time to find out what makes you great!
