Girl, You Have ADHD | Valerie Oyiki

Описание

In this episode, I’m having drinks with Valerie Oyiki and we’re talking about ADHD ; what it actually feels like, how it shows up in real life, and the moment things finally start to make sense. We unpack hyper focus, burnout, productivity struggles, diagnosis and learning how to work with your brain instead of constantly fighting against it.Valerie also shares her experience building Koala, a startup helping people navigate ADHD in a way that actually works for them, while navigating the London startup scene at the same time.If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, scattered, constantly overstimulated, or like your brain works differently… this one might hit home.Today's Pour: Picanté
