How Apple Is Building a Dedicated AI Health Coach

Deskripsi

Apple's next big health bet isn't a new sensor — it's an AI-powered health coach that will live inside the Fitness app and on Apple Watch. In this episode, Lucas and Luna break down the reported 'Quartz' project: how Apple plans to use on-device machine learning to turn raw health data into personalized coaching, why the company is being cautious about medical claims, and what this means for the future of digital health. They explore the technical challenges, including the M4 chip's role, the privacy architecture that keeps data on-device, and the competitive landscape where Apple faces off against companies like Fitbit and Whoop. If you've ever wondered why your Apple Watch tells you to stand up or close your rings, this episode explains how that logic is about to get a lot smarter — and what it could mean for your health. #Apple #HealthCoach #AI #MachineLearning #AppleWatch #Fitness #DigitalHealth #Technology #TechPodcast #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #AppleEcosystem #OnDeviceAI #Privacy #M4Chip #HealthData #PersonalizedCoaching #QuartzProject Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
