These are the people who may not be emotionally tied to your vision but are sent to carry out the mission effectively. They are necessary, but they don’t define the heartbeat of your company. Then, there’s your 12. These are the people who represent you—your core team, your inner circle, your trusted partners. They are not just capable; they are invested. They share your values, understand your vision, and are willing to walk the journey with you through highs and lows. Choosing this group requires deep thought, discernment, and intentionality because these are the individuals who will shape your company culture, make critical decisions on your behalf, and reflect your leadership in every interaction.
