تفصیل

This week’s episode is for anyone who struggles to speak up the people who overthink every ask, soften every sentence, or apologise before they’ve even said anything. It unpacks why asking for what you want feels so uncomfortable (especially for women), the psychology behind it, and how to start doing it without guilt. + A huge thank you to the wonderful Terri Cole for speaking to me for this episode!
