While India is still figuring out how to feed itself. While India had no expressways , few Indian Institutes of Technology and no money, Homi Jehangir Bhabha pointed to India's beaches — Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Odisha — and said: the total reserves of thorium in India amount to over 500,000 tons.
