Courtesy of DZMM Teleradyo. Assistant Ombudsman Mico Clavano talks about the DOJ resolution recommending plunder, direct bribery and other charges against Sen. Jinggoy Estrada, former Public Works Secretary Manuel Bonoan and 4 others tagged in allegedly anomalous infrastructure projects. Clavano said the theory of the case posits that senators have the power and influence to give infrastructure projects to different parts of the country. Diyan na pumapasok ang sumasahod,” he said.
