تفصیل

Things are quieter with these little pills in my life but as with all things, there is a good and a bad. I am not licensed nor a doctor so please seek professional help if you feel called to having your mental health checked. If you have questions on the effects on me and how I manage, don't be afraid to comment or dm me ❤️‍🩹#LettingGo #HealingEra #InnerChildHealing #EmotionalHealing #SoftHealing #MentalHealthTalk #HealingPodcast #SelfReflection #RestIsProductive #GentleReminders #atetips #mentalhealth #trauma #atetips #therapy #depression #anxiety
