Video taken on June 8 and 9 from atop the Washington Monument shows people gathering on the National Mall shortly before a large anti-Trump message appeared in dead or discolored grass there. Seen from above, the faint outline of the numbers "86 47" can be seen; "86" is slang for removing or getting rid of something, and Trump is the 47th president. The Interior Department says it is investigating. The same number sequence, "86 47," spelled out in seashells was part of an image that former FBI Director James Comey once shared on social media.
