More than a year after the Kano State Government recommissioned the reconstruction of the 3.6-kilometre Zungeru Road, work has slowed significantly, raising concerns among residents and commuters. The road, which connects Airport Road to Hajj Camp, was expected to ease traffic congestion and boost economic activity.
