LET GO OR BE DRAGGED: letting go of what no longer serves you

تفصیل

If you’re stuck in a situation that you’re unhappy in or you want to make a change but you’re scared, this episode is a reminder that NOTHING HAPPENS IF NOTHING HAPPENS. If you want your life to change, you need to make the necessary changes. In this episode, I talk about letting go of things that no longer serve you to make room for things that do. The longer you hold on to these things, the more they will continue to drag you down, make you feel uncomfortable, and make your life harder.
