🧵 What is the association of endometriosis with ovarian cancer risk? In a large population-based cohort study, women with #Endometriosis had a fourfold increased risk of #OvarianCancer compared with those without endometriosis. The risk was particularly elevated among patients with infiltrating endometriosis and ovarian endometriomas, who approached a tenfold risk increase.
