He Spent 10 Years Collecting Every Argument for God's Existence | Dr Rehan Zaidi

تفصیل

In this episode of the OnePath Podcast, we sit down with Dr. Rehan Zaidi, a Canadian Muslim physician and author of "The Divine for Critical Minds: A Rational Investigation into God's Existence," whose 20-year investigation into science, Western philosophy, and Islamic theology produced one of the most rigorous cases for God's existence written for a Western Muslim audience. What does it actually mean to take atheist arguments seriously? Dr. Zaidi grew up surrounded by atheist friends in Canada, studied medicine, then spent years learning Arabic in Jordan and Syria before devoting a decade to writing a book that applies the scientific method to the question of God's existence. We walk through his response to Richard Dawkins, the Hidden God argument from Alex O'Connor, the fatal flaws in scientific materialism, and the limits of debate culture in Islamic da'wah. We also explore the question that does not get asked enough: what happens when a person is intellectually convinced that God exists but spiritually feels nothing at all?
