This book seeks to show the reader that ‘new life’ is new in quality and capacity, not just new in time and that a sixth need, blessedness, should be added to William Glasser’s Choice Theory so that a more complete view of human functioning can be understood. The human soul needs a ‘felt’ relationship with God, through Jesus Christ, in order to function as God designed it. Blessedness is a real human need. Thomas Traherne, a 17th century pastor, theologian, and philosopher helps us to understand this need and how to bring it to reality in our lives. It is my hope and prayer that this book will stimulate the reader to think about and contemplate the glorious riches that are in Christ Jesus our Lord that our hearts and minds will be centered on him; that we might live and move from the blessedness within.This book contains tables of the Choice Theory needs, a Choice Theory Need-Virtue chart, and a Choice Theory Need-Virtue chart analysis.
