Description

On the 15th of April 2023, a war broke out in the capital of #sudan (#khartoum ). No citizen had a clue about what was happening in the country. The army was observed in a conflict with the paramilitary forces of the country. Within moments the war took an awful face which led to the killings of hundreds of civilians. The citizens fled from their hometowns as soon as possible to escape the war. After a few hours, the world got to know the reason behind the war, which is a cutthroat competition between two men in the country for power due to which the whole country was facing the ramifications. A power struggle between Army's Head (Al-Burhan) and RSF -Paramilitary Head (Hemetti) led to thousands of killings and forced a plethora of citizens to displace. Thereby, it didn't take long for a resourceful rich country like #sudan to become a battleground for these two powerful giants.
