Why I’m Questioning Everything I’ve Built

Description

I’ve spent my career as a venture capitalist focused on growth, scorecards, and reports. But after visiting the slave cells in Senegal and Jamaica, I’m facing an existential crisis. Is the system we are building actually changing the world, or are we just part of its perpetuation? If you’ve ever felt like the metrics of success don’t align with the impact you want to make, this video is for you.
