Why Are You Still Protecting The Old You? | Jim Rohn Motivation

Description

📘 Action Guide → https://jimrohnfans.com/why-are-you-still-protecting-the-old-you/ Many people carry identities formed years earlier from a few setbacks, mistakes, or difficult experiences. Over time those moments turn into labels like “I’m not capable,” “I’m not disciplined,” or “that’s just not who I am.” This Action Guide explains how outdated identities quietly shape behavior and limit opportunity long after the original circumstances have changed. The guide helps you recognize when a temporary event has turned into a permanent label. It also walks you through questions and small actions that help challenge outdated descriptions and update the story you tell about yourself. By examining the evidence you use to define your identity, you can begin aligning your choices with who you are today rather than who you once believed you were. In this video: 🔹 How early struggles can turn into long-term identity labels 🔹 Why the mind collects evidence to support the story it believes 🔹 How identity creates invisible boundaries around behavior 🔹 Why people often evaluate themselves using outdated evidence 🔹 How protecting a familiar identity can quietly limit opportunity 🔹 Why growth often goes unnoticed because it happens gradually 🔹 How behavior and identity reinforce each other over time 🔹 Why questioning old descriptions can open new possibilities This transcript and video were written & produced by Dus Rawling, inspired by the ideas and philosophies of Jim Rohn. #Identity #Mindset #SelfDevelopment #PersonalGrowth #SelfAwareness #JimRohn #GrowthMindset #SuccessMindset #SelfImprovement
