Description

J. Bey was once a Moorish‑American until it dawned on him that the term Moorish‑American appeared in neither dictionaries nor legal documents. After further study on the topic, he realized that the United States does not recognize this title as a legal status or a nationality. It became clear that the Moors needed a study panel where these topics could be explored and brought to their true meaning. After attending a Moorish‑American conference held by Shem Bey and Abdul Bey, Jay asked several legal questions. When no legal answers were provided, it became obvious that these Moors had no real understanding of statehood or the process of freeing a people. The conference focused mainly on selling books and charging door fees. It was a scam and a pyramid scheme for money, and J. was left with no answers. Determined, J. Bey began studying all legal matters concerning the Empire of Morocco. He discovered that the world was concealing this information from the Moors by all means—COINTELPRO operations, Blackamoors working with the FBI, and other efforts aimed at stopping the spread of knowledge about the Empire of Morocco and the Sultan. J. Bey expanded his research internationally, seeking to understand what happened to the Moroccan Empire. He found that the Empire’s history had been preserved within the League of Nations and the United Nations, and that these records told the direct truth. This discovery led him toward a path of statehood and the understanding that the Moroccan Empire needed to re‑emerge, and that the Sultan needed to be restored to office if the Moors were to regain freedom. Now, in 2024, J. Bey has helped the Moors gain their independence and establish three branches of government. Since then, the Moors have become sharper in international law and procedure with J. Bey’s guidance. He has produced over 180 AMPAC Study Sessions on YouTube explaining how the Moors lost the land and how they can get it back. Since becoming Chief Judge of the Consular Court of the Empire of Morocco, Chief Judge, J. B
