Two Mums, One Riyadh Compound: A Real Day In Our Lives

Two mums, one Riyadh compound, one very normal Thursday. We filmed a real day at Flow Granada. No schedule, no script, just whatever was actually happening from 5:20am to bedtime. Carly's day moved fast. Up early because she's the only parent around this week, Arabic alphabet practice with the kids, school drop off, dog walks, then cold plunge and sauna at the compound spa, leg day at the gym, an hour of Inside Saudi admin in the co-working space, the million dollar facial at Brau, and laser plus pressotherapy at Tonic the Method before the school run home through Thursday peak hour traffic. Vesna's day moved slowly, on purpose. Towels separated by colour (don't @ her), the Thermomix she swears by, the ice maker she says is genuinely necessary in Riyadh, boiled eggs and super greens, a load of laundry, the dishwasher cycle she runs twice a day, Arabic alphabet practice of her own, a couple of hours of work, then a facial at Brau in the afternoon, kids home from school for nachos, and dinner at 8:30pm. Same compound. Same day. Two completely different rhythms. For full transparency: we paid for our own visits to Brau and Tonic and weren't asked to mention either.
