The Wait Is Working | Gospel Blues Worship Song for Waiting on God

Description

Heaven is never silent — even when we can't hear it. "The Wait Is Working" is a gospel blues worship song from Still Worship for every soul who has held on through the midnight hour, trusting what they could not yet see. The breakthrough was always being built in the waiting. 📖 SCRIPTURE "But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint." — Isaiah 40:31 (KJV) 🎵 LYRICS Every tear I cried was watered ground Every night I waited, You were working it out The silence wasn't empty, You were near The wait is working, and I have no fear I couldn't see Your hand but I felt Your grace Now I'm standing in the light of Your face The promise didn't fail, it was right on time The wait is working — Lord, I know You're mine ✨ ABOUT THIS SONG There is a season every believer knows — the long pause between the prayer and the answer. This song is for that season. Not for the breakthrough day. For the in-between. 🙏 USE THIS FOR - Worship during a long season of waiting - Quiet meditation on God's timing - Encouragement for unanswered prayer - Slow Sunday afternoon worship 🎧 STREAM STILL WORSHIP (AD-FREE) 🍏 Apple Music — https://music.apple.com/us/artist/still-worship-music/1832838971 🟢 Spotify — https://open.spotify.com/artist/7hsqRsTd9nWmndvKau7YS8 ▶️ YouTube Music — https://music.youtube.com/channel/UCFQaR-45dezHdmXbJVWinuQ 🟠 Amazon Music — https://music.amazon.com/artists/B0FM5RBNXV/still-worship-music 🔔 SUBSCRIBE → @StillWorship — new gospel blues every Mon · Wed · Fri 💬 What are you waiting on God for right now?
