The UFO Program Even the President Doesn't Know About | Bob McGwier

Description

Bob McGwier is a signals intelligence scientist who spent decades working inside some of the most classified programs in the United States government. He has personally signed WUSAP (Waived Unacknowledged Special Access Program) non-disclosure agreements, the kind that strip you of every constitutional right if you violate them. In this clip, he reveals the hidden structure of how UFO knowledge is actually compartmentalized, who has access, and why even the President of the United States does not need to be told. What makes McGwier's account so striking is the specificity. He describes a system where only two or three members of Congress out of the Gang of Eight are briefed, where the NDAs contain language authorizing "any sanction we wish," and where the entire architecture is designed to keep information locked away from oversight. This is not speculation from the outside. McGwier lived inside this system and is now describing its mechanics firsthand.
