The POWER of a Godly Woman (What Biblical Submission Is and What It Is NOT) | 1 Samuel 25

Description

One conversation saved David from a lifetime of regret. In 1 Samuel 25, Abigail’s words stop a future king from shedding innocent blood—and reveal a powerful, often-misunderstood truth about biblical submission. This is not a story about silence, weakness, or passivity. In this teaching, we walk through the encounter between David, Nabal, and Abigail, unpacking how a godly woman used wisdom, humility, and faith to redirect a man acting in the flesh. You’ll see the contrast between foolish leadership and discerning submission, and why Scripture calls Abigail both beautiful and wise. If you’re confused about submission, marriage roles, or how Christian women are called to speak with strength and grace, this passage will challenge cultural narratives and anchor you firmly in God's Word. 🤍 #BiblicalSubmission #BibleStudy #1Samuel25 #ChristianMarriage Thanks for being here!
