Description
Ukraine is on course to start formal EU membership talks after Hungary dropped its opposition. For 17 months, Hungary had vetoed Ukraine’s plans to join the European Union. But for some member states, the prospect of absorbing a country the size of Ukraine - still at war - raises serious concerns.
