The Job Meant Everything… That’s Why I Speak About It

Description

I’m not bitter about the fire service. Far from it.I was passionate about the job, the people, and what the role was supposed to stand for. That’s exactly why I still speak about the toxic side of it.Because when you genuinely care about something, watching poor leadership, politics, and culture damage good people is hard to stay quiet about. You can love the job and still call out what’s broken. #veteran #motivation #britisharmy #podcast #viral #royalmarinecommando #interview #parachuteregiment #army #military #firefighter #passionate
