Description

In this week's investigation, Hot On The Case dives into the disturbing murder of Nicole Jones, a case that shocked Ohio and left investigators unraveling a twisted relationship filled with manipulation and violence. Authorities say seventeen year old Kaitlyn Coones and thirty three year old Jonathan Jones became the center of a horrifying plot after Nicole allegedly stood in the way of their relationship. Prosecutors claim Kaitlyn gave Jonathan an ultimatum to kill his own mother. He failed to do so, so Kaitlyn took matters into her own hands. As investigators uncovered disturbing evidence and searched for answers, terrifying questions were raised about influence, control, and how a family spiraled into murder.
