Stop taking shortcuts to God's promises (1 Samuel 24) | Kaci Nicole

Description

Have you ever been presented with an opportunity that seemed too good to be true—only to realize taking it would require compromising your obedience to God? David was there too. He had the perfect chance to end his waiting and suffering and take the throne—but it would’ve required sin. In 1 Samuel 24, we learn how to resist shortcuts, trust God’s timing, and wait with a clean conscience. If you’re tempted to force what God has promised, this message is for you. P.S. if you're in a waiting season, I wrote my book So Much Better for you: https://kacinicole.com/books-so-much-better 🤍 Waiting isn't wasted time, it's sacred ground where God does some of His deepest work. And while His ways, plans, and timing aren't our own, they are so much better than we could dare to dream. #WaitingonGod #BibleStudy #1Samuel24 #TrustingGod #DavidandSaul Thanks for being here!
