Start the Day Asking Jesus for Wisdom and Strength | Morning Prayer

Description

📖 “Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.” – 1 John 2, verse 15 ✨ You are in the world, but you are not of it. You were called out of darkness to shine with the light of Christ. That means your life, your priorities, and your desires are meant to look different—not conformed to culture, but transformed by His Spirit. 💛 In this powerful prayer and reflection, we’re reminded that following Jesus is not about blending in—it’s about living set apart for His glory. ✅ Separation is not isolation—it’s holiness in action ✅ Your citizenship is in heaven, not here ✅ True discipleship is measured by obedience, not appearances 💡 Maybe you’ve been feeling the pull of the world’s standards. Maybe success, beauty, or approval have been creeping into your heart. This is your gentle reminder: You were made for more than this world can offer. Your treasure is eternal. Your hope is eternal. Your destiny is eternal. Even when it costs you comfort. Even when it costs you popularity. Even when it costs you convenience… Jesus is worth it. 🙏 Join us in this heartfelt prayer, asking the Holy Spirit to search our hearts, purify our motives, and anchor us deeply in God’s Word—so our lives testify that we belong to Christ alone. 📖 Bible References: 1 John 2:15 Romans 12:2 2 Corinthians 6:17 James 1:22 Philippians 3:20 Colossians 3:2 Matthew 16:26 Matthew 6:19–20 Matthew 16:24 Matthew 5:14 John 13:34 John 6:38 Psalm 40:8 Ephesians 5:15–17 Galatians 6:8 John 6:68 💬 If this prayer has spoken to your heart, type ‘Amen’ in the comments as a sign of faith.
