Sīla, Samādhi & Paññā | Ajahn Anan | 03 Oct 2021

Description

It's important for us to be virtuous people as this allows us to live together in happiness and experience inner peace. This calm mind then becomes a suitable foundation for cultivating samādhi. Even though this stage of samādhi is tough, if we are sincere in our efforts, we can certainly achieve it. And with a firm and energised mind, insight and knowledge into the Dhamma can arise. ❂ JOIN US DAILY ON ZOOM ❂ Join Ajahn Anan and the Wat Marp Jan Community online for daily chanting, meditation, and a Dhamma talk.
