From dreaming of becoming a chef as a kid to surviving the “tough” era of kitchen life, Ray opens up about what it really takes to thrive in the culinary world. He shares lessons from working alongside some of the best chefs in the world, including his time at Noma, often dubbed the world’s best restaurant, and how those experiences taught him about culture, discipline.
