Norway & India: Investments, energy security and a new strategic partnership

Description

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent visit to Norway marked an important step in deepening India’s partnership with one of Europe’s most resource-rich and forward-looking nations. While Norway is known for its vast oil and gas reserves, it is also a global leader in renewable energy, sustainability and green technology. For India, the visit was an opportunity to attract greater investment and foreign direct investment (FDI), strengthen energy security, and explore new avenues of cooperation in the green economy. In this episode of Worldview with Swasti, Consulting Editor Swasti Rao speaks with May-Elin Stener, Ambassador of Norway to India, about the evolving India-Norway relationship. The conversation explores opportunities in energy, trade, innovation, climate action, maritime cooperation, and the green transition, while examining how both countries can build a stronger strategic partnership in a rapidly changing global landscape. #IndiaNorway #PMModi #EnergySecurity #FDI #GreenPartnership #WorldviewWithSwasti --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exclusive content, special privileges & more – Subscribe to ThePrint for Special benefits: https://theprint.in/subscribe/ --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Connect with ThePrint » Subscribe to ThePrint: https://theprint.in/subscribe/ » Subscribe to our YouTube Channel: https://bit.ly/3nCMpht » Like us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/theprintindia » Tweet us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/theprintindia » Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/theprintindia » Find us on LinkedIn : https://www.linkedin.com/company/theprint » Subscribe to ThePrint on Telegram: https://t.me/ThePrintIndia » Find us on Spotify: https://spoti.fi/2NMVlnB » Find us on Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/3pEOta8
