Description

Marshmallow Towers is a hands-on classroom activity where students work in small teams to build towers while maximizing profit. It works well in economics and business classes and is an excellent first- or second-day activity to get students engaged and excited about the course. This activity is split into two parts. In Part 1, I introduce the activity and demonstrate how to run it. In Part 2, I walk through the debrief and explain why the activity is so meaningful. Part 2 is only available to teachers.
