MAGYAR'S SHOCK MOVE: Hungary Reverses Orbán Policy, Opens Ukraine EU Talks | Times Now World

Description

Hungary’s new government under Prime Minister Péter Magyar has signaled openness to advancing Ukraine’s European Union accession talks, marking a dramatic shift from the policies of former leader Viktor Orbán. Budapest and Kyiv are launching high-level consultations over the rights of the ethnic Hungarian minority in western Ukraine, an issue that previously fueled years of political confrontation and blocked Ukraine’s EU ambitions. The diplomatic thaw comes as Brussels seeks to remove Hungary’s veto on accession negotiations, while Kyiv intensifies efforts to secure support from EU member states amid the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war. #hungary, #ukraine, #europeanunion, #zelenskyy, #petermagyar, #orban, #russiaukrainewar, #eu, #ukrainewar, #budapest, #kyiv, #europe, #nato, #russia, #breakingnews, #geopolitics, #eunews, #ukraineeumembership, #hungaryukraine, #worldnews Stay connected with Times Now World for real-time global news and analysis: 🌐 Read full coverage: https://www.timesnownews.com/world 📱 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/timesnow.world 🐦 Follow us on X: https://x.com/TimesNow_World #timesnowworld #worldnews #breakingnews
