Madlanga STRIKES HARD as Malema's Name RESURFACES AGAIN

On 10 April 2026 at the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry in Pretoria, suspended Tshwane Metropolitan Police Department Deputy Commissioner Umashi Dhlamini admitted under questioning that he passed a list of seven companies linked to the EFF to SAPS Sergeant Fannie Nkosi to verify through suspended City of Tshwane CFO Gareth Mnisi and EFF leader Julius Malema, and conceded under cross-examination that his own answers were untenable. Dhlamini also sent WhatsApp messages to Nkosi endorsing his relationship with Mnisi as someone who would do great things for us, refused to publicly name a figure referenced in those private communications, and could not explain why he routed City of Tshwane procurement information through a police officer instead of the CFO he had met face to face. Suspended CFO Gareth Mnisi, whose name appears throughout the Madlanga Commission testimony alongside purchase orders for Gubis 85 Solution totalling over thirteen million rand registered on the TMPD system on 6 March 2025, has not yet testified under full cross-examination, and his account will either confirm or collapse everything Dhlamini put on record. #madlangacommission #juliusmalema #catmatlala
