Lord, Teach Me to Rejoice in You Alone | Morning Prayer

Description

📖 “My heart rejoices in the Lord; in the Lord my horn is lifted high.” – 1 Samuel 2, verse 1 ✨ There is remarkable power in the prayers of ordinary people who place extraordinary faith in God. Hannah’s story reminds us that even in our deepest sorrow, God hears, God answers, and God transforms. 🙏 In this heartfelt prayer, we reflect on Hannah’s surrender—her willingness to give back to God the very thing she longed for most. Her praise wasn’t for what she received, but for who He is. Her prayer teaches us how to worship not only in victory, but also in waiting. 🌿 ✅ True joy isn’t found in answered prayers—it’s found in His presence ✅ God lifts the lowly and humbles the proud—He is sovereign over every season ✅ Victory doesn’t come through our strength, but through surrender 💡 Maybe you’re walking through a barren season right now—feeling unseen or forgotten. But take heart: the same God who heard Hannah’s cry still hears yours. He can lift you from the ashes, restore your hope, and fill your heart with joy again. Even when life feels uncertain. Even when answers seem delayed. Even when strength runs out… God is still faithful. ❤️ 🙏 Let’s pray together—asking God to teach us to rejoice in Him, to trust His timing, and to rest in His unchanging goodness. 📖 Bible References: 1 Samuel 2:1–3, 6–10 Psalm 16:11 Daniel 2:21 Psalm 37:23–24 Zechariah 4:6 Proverbs 3:5–6 Isaiah 45:5 Psalm 37:25 Isaiah 59:19 Jeremiah 29:11 John 15:5 James 1:17 💬 If this prayer has spoken to your heart, type ‘Amen’ in the comments as a sign of faith.
