This is a prayer for anyone carrying worry, fear, or a heavy heart into a new day. We look at three quiet truths from Scripture — that true rest is found in God's presence, that you were never meant to carry the weight alone, and that His mercies are new every single morning. Then we close with a blessed prayer together in the name of Jesus for peace, healing, protection, and breakthrough over you and your loved ones. Come to Him just as you are this morning. He has been waiting all night to give your soul rest. ⏱ CHAPTERS 0:00 The Runner Who Found Peace 1:26 Come to Me and I Will Give You Rest 2:42 True Rest Is Found in God's Presence 8:48 The Weight You Were Never Meant to Carry 14:43 His Mercies Are New Every Morning 20:25 Rest Is a Person, Not a Place 20:59 Let Us Pray Together 26:22 Prayer for Healing and Restoration 27:14 Prayer Over Your Family and Loved Ones 29:39 Closing Praise and Amen 📖 SCRIPTURES IN THIS PRAYER Matthew 11:28-29 • Psalm 62:1 • Exodus 33:14 • Luke 10:41-42 • 1 Peter 5:7 • Psalm 55:22 • 1 Samuel 1:15 • Lamentations 3:22-23 • Isaiah 40:31 • Exodus 16:4 🙏 If this prayer blessed you, type "Amen" in the comments and share it with someone who needs rest today.
