Kinshasa Diaries | Team failed strategy meeting, San Diego sale, Kinshasa new spots

Description

This is what real entrepreneurship looks like. No filters. No highlight reel. The year started with me and my team sitting in a room, dissecting last year's failures. The shipments that went wrong. The partners who ghosted. The money we lost. It was uncomfortable, but necessary. Then, mid-week, I flew to San Diego for the Food Expo—and walked out with a signed deal with 2 meaderies. This vlog is the uncut reality: the brutal honesty of what didn't work, the strategy pivots we're making, and the moment when persistence finally pays off on the trade show floor. This vlog is for you if: 1. You're building a food/beverage import business 2. You've had a rough year and need to see how others bounce back 3. You want to see what trade shows and expos actually look like 4. You're tired of fake entrepreneurship content 5. You need motivation to keep pushing after setbacks The truth: Every win starts with an honest conversation about what didn't work. 📍 San Diego Food Expo was a game-changer—but it almost didn't happen because I was stuck in analysis paralysis from our failures. Sometimes you just have to show up. ABOUT NOHÉMIE & CO.
