Is Mercury Retrograde Real? Let's Talk Astrology with Janis | Life in Progress Podcast

Description

Let’s get into something a little more interesting. In this episode, I’m sharing what it’s like to have a personal astrologer who sends me daily notes — what to do, what to avoid, when to move, when to rest, and when to pause before making big decisions. But this conversation goes deeper than horoscopes. It’s about timing.About self-awareness.About understanding seasons — not just in the sky, but in your own life. How much of our life is written in the stars, and how much is shaped by our choices? Does knowing the “energy of the day” create clarity… or pressure? Can astrology become a tool for alignment rather than dependency? If you’ve ever looked at your birth chart during a life shift, questioned the timing of your relationships, or wondered why certain seasons feel heavier than others — this episode will feel familiar. This isn’t about surrendering your power. It’s about understanding it.
