Sarah shares why her research-style hypnosis sessions uncover consistent patterns across clients—exploring starseeds awakening, New Earth “energy grid” updates, and how people may access parallel lives and future timelines. We talk about Thoth as an “ascension keeper,” the pyramids and ley lines as energetic funnels, and why Earth is described as an experiment for soul evolution (Law of One). Sarah also explains timeline splitting (3D vs higher frequency), manifestation accelerating through joy vs fear, solar upgrades, and hidden divine feminine wisdom—including menopause as an initiation into deeper power. Expect mind-expanding perspectives, practical mindset reminders, and plenty to contemplate.
