Description

Today we're talking about what's rushing us, how to slow down in a world built to speed us up, and what it could do for you spiritually. This may be my first book report/review episodes but trust me when I say you need this episode more than you think. Just like I needed to read The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry more than I though.
