How to Conduct a REAL LIFE SEANCE

Description

Askia sits down with Jake & Albert of Austin Seance to talk a decade of real seances, a voodoo encounter in Haiti involving a severed human head, a full-blown possession at a haunted attraction, and a phantom wolf that showed up in Jake's bedroom a week later. No theatrics, no stage magic, just two facilitators who've seen some genuinely unsettling stuff.______________________________Join a seance hosted by Jake and Albert:https://austinseance.comhttps://www.instagram.com/theaustinseanceSUBMIT YOUR SCARY STORIES:https://forms.gle/sQJhS31p7oMoG9tv6Go check out Warming Trends, the company that built the amazing fire centerpiece on our set! https://www.warming-trends.comProduced by Q6 Mediahttps://q6.media______________________________Jake and Albert don't call themselves mediums, they call themselves facilitators. Their whole philosophy is about creating a structured, historical, and sincere environment where the sitters tap into their own intuitive energy. Over ten years, they've watched skeptics bolt from rooms in panic, witnessed participants drop to the floor during apparent possessions, documented a mysterious noise-canceling effect during rituals, and experienced a simultaneous physical 'blast' that hit both of them in the chest at the same moment.Jake also pulls back the curtain on a wild chapter from his journalism career: a trip to Haiti during the 1990 coup where he ended up face-to-face with what appeared to be a voodoo curse ritual, complete with a severed human head in a hole in the ground. Albert walks through his history with sleep paralysis, demonic silhouettes, and the time he screamed at his roommate thinking he was a demon. They also cover the ethics of seances, why they refuse to exploit grief, how to spot a fraudulent show, the real history behind spoon bending, and why spiritualism was once arm-in-arm with women's suffrage and abolition.______________________________Timestamps:00:00 - Introducing Jake and Albert01:57 - Sleep paralysis demons04:37 - Encounters with Haitian Voodoo12:17 - How to r
