He Left The U.S. For The Philippines — Here's How Much It Costs To Live Here

Description

He left New York City — stable job, good salary, everything "on paper" — and moved to the Philippines. Now he lives in a BGC condo with a skyline view, two pools, a gym, and pays a fraction of what his old studio cost in New Jersey. In this video, we tour his 1-bedroom apartment in Bonifacio Global City, break down his real monthly expenses (rent, electricity, food), and talk about why he chose the Philippines over every other country in Southeast Asia. He also shares what it's really like dating a Filipina for 7.5 years, the culture shocks that hit hardest, and the one thing Americans completely misunderstand about the Philippines.
