He Left The U.S.A for Philippines — Now He Manages 11 Airbnb Units in Manila

Description

He left New Jersey, came to the Philippines, and never looked back — but what he paid for his place in Makati will stop you cold. Today, he's running a successful Airbnb business right here in Makati — and he breaks down exactly how much he paid for his property, what that same space would cost back in the United States, and why he has zero regrets about the decision. We also get into something most people don't talk about — the growing reality of foreigners going homeless in the Philippines, why it happens, and what men need to understand before making the move.
