Description
Gregorio “Goyo” Larrazabal was the youngest Comelec Commissioner ever who oversaw the country’s first automated elections in 2010. He went back to private law practice after leaving Comelec and also had more time for a side quest: going on roads less travelled by car. Goyo enjoyed/s long drives on four wheels, not just for the scenery, but because it proved what we all know: that we have a beautiful country. But that passion for travel also gave him an up close and personal look at the sorry state of Philippine tourism. So he’s taken pen to paper and writes a newspaper column about the roads he’s driven on that not very many have travelled. Goyo advocates for all of us to see more of our country because he thinks ours can rival the best others have to offer.
