Gil's Arena Debates What's Next For LeBron & The Lakers

Description

Victor Wembanyama's BOUNCE BACK Electrifies Gil's Arena as the Gil's Arena Crew reacts to Victor Wembanyama returning to carry the San Antonio Spurs following his ejection for throwing a hostile elbow in Game 4 of their NBA Playoff Series against the Minnesota Timberwolves and discuss what statement the Alien & the Spurs made with their big win. They also debate if Wemby is playing his fellow french man Rudy Gobert off the floor as the former defensive player of the year is getting dominated in the series and break down what adjustments Gobert, Anthony Edwards and the rest of the Timberwolves need to make with their backs against the walls. Next, they react to big news for the Philadelphia 76ers as the process came to a screeching halt after the team decided to move on from GM Daryl Morey following their elimination from the NBA Playoffs and debate what's next for the team as they are forced to build around a roster clogged with big contracts for Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey & Paul George. They then break down the state of the Los Angeles Lakers as the team faces a pivotal offseason with LeBron James & Austin Reaves both set to become free agents and debate where the team goes from here as they must either build around their current Big 3 that couldn't get it done in the NBA Playoffs or start over completely to build around Luka Doncic. Finally, they react to the NBA Draft Lottery as the Washington Wizards came away with the #1 overall pick and give their take on the Indiana Pacers losing out on their top 5 pick after winning just 19 games this season.
