Description

The Daily Telegraph’s Political Editor, Tony Diver, reveals to Camilla Tominey and Jacob Rees-Mogg how Peter Mandelson was texting Cabinet ministers with “unsolicited advice” whilst he was serving as US Ambassador. He also explains how Cabinet ministers have attempted to conceal their messages with Mandelson and refused to disclose them, raising further questions about Keir Starmer’s judgement in bringing the New Labour veteran back into the fold. ► Subscribe to The Telegraph: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/customer/subscription/store/?WT.mc_id=tmgoff_youtube_dailytpodcast ► Get the latest headlines: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/?WT.mc_id=tmgoff_youtube_dailytpodcast ► Sign up to The Telegraph's free new daily newsletter, From the Editor, bringing you the latest news, features and analysis from the Telegraph newsroom: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/customer/secure/newsletter/from-the-editor/?WT.mc_id=tmgoff_youtube_dailytpodcast #TonyDiver, #PeterMandelson, #CamillaTominey, #JacobReesMogg, #DailyTelegraph, #UKPolitics, #BritishPolitics, #LabourParty, #KeirStarmer, #CabinetMinisters, #PoliticalScandal, #Westminster, #NewLabour, #USAmbassador, #GovernmentTransparency, #PoliticalAnalysis, #PoliticalNews, #Starmer, #Mandelson, #LabourLeadership, #CabinetSecrecy, #WestminsterPolitics
