Everything You MISSED In Min Heejin's WAR With BELIFT LAB Over ILLIT

Description

Min Heejin and BELIFT LAB are back in court, and the latest hearing in the ILLIT vs NewJeans copying lawsuit just changed everything. HYBE's subsidiary BELIFT LAB is suing the former ADOR CEO for 2 billion KRW over her claims that ILLIT copied NewJeans, and the sixth hearing on May 15 brought some of the most shocking accusations yet, including BELIFT LAB comparing Min Heejin to a lion hunting prey in the Serengeti. In this video we break down everything you've missed in the Min Heejin vs BELIFT LAB legal battle so far, including the leaked KakaoTalk messages, the alleged media strategy behind her April 2024 press conference, why BELIFT LAB believes ILLIT was deliberately targeted as a scapegoat, and how Min Heejin's legal team is fighting back by calling the whole situation a witch hunt. We also cover the court's earlier ruling that already sided with Min Heejin on the similarity claims, and what that means heading into the final two hearings before the verdict. From HYBE's escalating conflict with Min Heejin to the impact on ILLIT's rookie members and the future of NewJeans, this is the full breakdown of one of the biggest legal battles in K-pop history.
